Describe actions and qualities
Kind, helpful, curious, and funny describe qualities. In an imaginary example, someone is helpful because they help put books away. One action does not define a person forever.
He, she, and they
Mila is curious. can become She is curious. Mila and Niko are curious. becomes They are curious. The adjective curious stays the same for one person and for more than one.
Add not
Is not becomes isn’t; are not becomes aren’t. She isn’t tired. says she is not tired. The absence of one quality does not automatically prove its opposite. Only infer what the text supports.
