How to draw a flower

The flower is drawn in six steps. In each step the new lines are purple and the lines you already drew stay gray.

How to draw it step by step

  1. Step 1. Draw a circle for the middle of the flower.
  2. Step 2. Draw eight petals around the circle.
  3. Step 3. Draw the stem below.
  4. Step 4. Add two leaves to the stem.
  5. Step 5. Draw the flowerpot.
  6. Step 6. Finish with the rim of the pot.

Drawing tips

  • Draw lightly so you can rub out a line if you need to.
  • Start with the big shapes, circles and ovals, then add the small parts.
